With its broad dark
bluish-green leaves and graceful recurved habit, Yucca recurvifolia forms
a stunning container specimen or
garden plant. Excellent as a contrast plant in numerous garden settings or
as an accent specimen in courtyards and large pots.
The leaves have distinctive raised corrugations running lengthwise, and
while initially erect, they eventually arch back to develop
a dropping habit when mature. Produces numerous large open spikes of cream
coloured flowers when mature.
Very hardy to heat and cold, tolerating full sun, partial shade and both
dry conditions and soils that are wet for short periods. |
